Is it Not a Best time to Start your YouTube Channel!

Last fortnight, I happened to attend a film making workshop for You tubers. It was a paid workshop and it promised big for a promising career as a social media film maker or you can call it video maker.

Though, none of the participants found the workshop what it promised to be but one thing was sure.

There was great enthusiasm among people - working, retired, home makers, students. In fact, each segment of society representative was there. 

One thing was sure that earlier people used to prepare for government jobs but now almost everyone is after making a social media video making career aka preparing to be a You Tuber.



IS THIS THE RIGHT TIME TO BE A YOU TUBER?                                      

Any time is a right time to start anything on your own but if you are working only for money, then it may take a bit longer for you to make money from this route.

If you are not already on this bandwagon of being a youtube creator then wait. Wait for sometime, because if you join now, you may add up to the depressive situation and people already losing their sleep over monetization and demonetization of their channels.

First, our prime minister Mr.Modi made demonetization a big thing, which you couldn't ignore and now You Tube has done it for us!

Monetization is worse in these days for last month or so. Even if your channel and videos are monetized you are not going to get any earnings from advertisements anyway.



YOU TUBE HELP FORUM IS FULL OF DEPRESSING SOULS AND TALKS!


Creators are getting worried about the future of their channels and hard earned easy money that they used to get every month in their accounts. 

This could be a short phase but it may mean a question of survival for many big channels, who have invested big and their teams depend on them for paychecks.





What goes up, goes down eventually. That's the rule of nature, business, economics and everything. 

Many big advertisers have pulled their advertisements from Google's YouTube as they have concern that their ads have been shown besides objectionable content. 

It seems it's a big mess up for creators as it has taken away their motivation to create their original content but the positive sight is this -  that after dark we get sunshine. 

Creators, who work primarily for their passion may, in any way be doing what they were doing earlier.

Let's wait for the sunshine. If it's longer than usual, keep your spirit high. Let's not wait to be dependent on someone else. Let's create something big to make others depend on us!

Wish. Mannat. Dua. Have you ever tried making a wish and realizing it getting true. Even that not so happening wishes for ice cream or your new iPod or for that oh so nice person in your life! People visit temple, mosque, church, gurudwara and whatnot. All the places are the same to me. You know, why? Because they make your wishes come true. But how? When we say we are part of nature and God is our own depiction then how come people visit different places of worship and still realize their wish or mannat. Delhi getting colder

I move. No. Do I say I shiver? Yes. I am shivering so I am moving. I am not moving ever since this winter has attacked full on in Delhi and I seem to be the most affected, I suppose. People are roaming around even in their half sleeves but I can’t even imagine myself without my four sweaters, one jacket, two layers of lowers, caps, gloves and socks to be the least items covering me from head to toe. A few days back, I saw a lady in Metro, in a half sleeves dress and seeing her left me in cold but this time I didn't react because I knew she was well off to afford a sweater and she was not in that strata of 'poor lady not having anything warm' types so I ignored. But last year, I literally made a mistake of melting on seeing a girl without socks  and sweater and I somehow felt pity on her. I removed my socks and sweater and stretched to offer them to that girl. She thanklessly and mercilessly took them and threw in the nearest dustbin available.

It was a tea time discussion among us, when one of our senior doctor colleague started a new thread.  She was getting a mixed bout of feelings when she shared her thoughts with us.  These thoughts were further evoked brain storming when I visited many villages and small towns of Rajasthan and found that this is something which really needed our attention.
