My Yoga & Meditation Class - Day Four
Each day has become an adventure and a challenge.
By yesterday evening, I had started feeling feverish and each nerve of my body was aching like anything.
Getting up early and reaching for that yoga and meditation session is not a big deal. The real challenge is to carry on with the day.
I felt a bit better so reached for the session on time.
- Sat down in soothing inspirational music for 15 minutes.
- Jogging for 5 minutes - starting slowly and then fast. Moved legs and arms sideways, jumping.
- Sat slowly mid air,rotated knees sideways and round.
- Lied down on our stomach. Folded knees, touching hips with toes - one by one by each leg and then tried to do with both legs.
- Things were repetitive except the breathing exercises. We inhaled and then exhaled while saying OooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm slowly starting from navel, throat and head. Then, so fast and so long that I became breathless and started feeling very uncomfortable.
Lungs starting aching too. All the ribs everything. The soothing thing was that I became more calm and collected.
