For last one month I had been taking medicines for my bad cough and cold. I was so sick of persistent sickness. My work was important to me to keep things moving, but I didn't realize that false sense of working was, in fact, not getting the best out of me. 

The output was mediocre and enthusiasm was nil. Work was just work.

It was by coincidence, that I happened to sit in open space, under the Sun. By the evening I was perfectly fine and was feeling good. What the doctors couldn't cure for one month, one day of sunbathing did.

I don't get too technical about this because almost everybody knows that sunlight enhances our positivity. Lack of sunlight may yield to mental disorders like Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD. Sunlight is the cure or medicine for this kind of mental illness.

Not only this, there are real reasons that you get a life by shelling the peas.

Green peas are the world's healthiest food. 

They are a very good source of vitamin K, manganese, dietary fiber, vitamin B1, copper, vitamin C, phosphorus and folate. Not only this, they are also a good source of vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B2, molybdenum, zinc, protein, magnesium, iron, potassium and choline.
