Positive thinking : Loosing weight

It's a tough life.

Why?

Because I'm somewhat thin.

The weighing scale looks at me laughing and pointing that I need some more weight. People around me do no better than this.

Now, you will wonder this is about being thin or being obese!

Well, my dear, this is about the right approach.

I have a lot many friends who are healthily fat and active and equally thin number of friends who are thin like a reed but happy and actively doing every chore of their life.

I don't advocate being unhealthy. Weather you are thin or fat, doesn't make much difference till the time you are okay with it.  The day you start having problem with the situation, get up and get going.  Change yourself for yourself.  Don't change for the heck of it. Be happy. Change your lifestyle if it is no longer suitable to your health.

The perception of people can never make us happy and believe me being fat or thin has nothing to do with it.  Many people just don't have anything else to do but to poke their pointed noses in others' clothes to check their weight.  You are eating at your own expense. If it makes you feel good then be it. But if it does not make you feel good then be ready to accept it as well.

We get one life once. To have a healthy and happy life is the mantra.
